Simply for the heck of it, I have created an online 'blog' for recording certain scrabble statistics and speculation. Until thus far, I have a 77-46(61.6%) record in rated and unrated tournaments and 34-27(55.7%) overseas for 111-73(60.9%) overall, though I have only gained 15 pts the entire year-very slow indeed. 12/183(6.6%) were above 500 ptts, but the average is a respectable 420 points a game.

For the recently concluded singapore open, I average 429 pts a game to my opponent's 380, which provided sufficient spread for me to finish second. I also played 32 bingos to 22. Ss:31/64 Blanks:22. Singapore does have one of the highest concentrations of top players compared to other countries..since the top players appear significantly more often than the 1600s and 1700s.
